In our world, it’s not about month or year end, it’s making sure that every day you and your business has the cash and insight to achieve your and your investors’ goals.

On a practical level, this can mean delivering a service as your part time Finance Director, or we can support you with a complete outsourced finance department, or even be your finance business partner or CEO confidante. Probably the best words that describe what we do are ‘part time Chief Operating Officer’. Fighting fires, eliminating the bottlenecks, establishing continuity and getting our clients back to long-term stability is what we are particularly known for.

Unlike many part time finance directors or COOs, we are a team with skills and experience to come in and cost efficiently manage a finance function, tailored to your business needs - from bookkeeping to implementation of systems and training, right through to supporting you at your board meetings.

We have worked for companies in a fast growth phase, be it an ambitious startup or a mature business starting to think about exit or a management buyout; occasionally it maybe a business which is in crisis and needs some turnaround support or businesses that are looking at alternate options and are typically £1m+ turnover, and paying a minimum of £1,000 a month for our firm's services.
